February was a “lovely” month with many exciting gardening announcements.

1.  The groundhog did not see his shadow so we can look forward to an early spring!

2.  Environment Canada apologized for the lack of a harsh Canadian winter.

3.  Out of Ashes BioEnergy Inc. launched at the Prince George Farmers’ Market!

Now we’re into March. March reminds me of daffodils and the cancer canvassing that my mom used to do….she’s a survivor. We’ll be donating 5% of biochar sales to local and national cancer research this month.
